I love that Lasko asked to slow things down this time, and not because he was nervous or self-conscious but because he just wants to savor things 💙 The way this channel approaches sex and intimacy has always been so extremely based; different characters want different things and explore at different paces and it's always clear that the only "correct" approach is the one that makes everyone involved happy and comfortable. Gavin and Freelancer started out as fwb and got more serious, Hux and Damien started sleeping together right away after deciding to date, Sam needed some time to get comfortable and Lasko wants some too for his own reasons, and all of those decisions were the right ones for those people at those times. No one is ever made out to be silly or foolish for the pace at which they approach intimacy and it means so much to me.

I adore the flashbacks we've had for some of the boys for super early relationship stuff. Would love to see more. Know what else I'm hoping for? The Sex Talk 😂 For real though, not necessarily the deed itself because I love that Lasko is taking his time with this, but actually broaching expectations of dynamics with his partner. We all know Lasko is subby due to all that meta knowledge we have... But assuming that of someone based on how they act day to day is iffy as hell. We also know that Lasko has some deeeep insecurity issues, and I don't think he'd particularly be ashamed of it, but I think he might be worried about what new partners might think of him or expect from him.

Something else that im thinking about right now and I'm hoping this comes across the way I mean it to; considering that Lasko's non-canon horny audios were some of the best performers on YouTube before the great Redacting, it feels even more poignant that his canon relationship is taking a slower approach. I feel like a creator who was a little more concerned with the numbers game might rush Lasko into the "juicy" stage of things just to get those big clicks, but it feels so much better for his character for things to progress this way. That level of commitment to the story and characters, to write and produce content the way YOU feel is right despite whats popular is so fucking cool to see, and one of the big things that hooked me right from the beginning. I think I first noticed it with David, where a lot of his earlier audios had comments asking for a scenario of him snapping at Angel for whatever reason, and the resounding answer was always "no, David wouldn't do that. I wouldnt have him do that." It inspired such a sense of trust in me that these characters and their stories were always going to be treated with the utmost care and not get jerked around by audience pressures. I respect that commitment a LOT and I haven't really known how to express it, I hope this makes sense
