I remember talk of 'the drove' a while ago now, the Sovereigns having been conglomerated into one big consciousness sounds slightly terrifying. The audio and visual effects on this are absolutely amazing, as is the cadence with which the Sovereigns speak. My heart was racing by the end, I assumed the order would be to free them but it sounds as if the order will come after.

the sovereigns have been playing 5d chess over here like to start giving brachium his memories back knowing it would lead him down the path to stopping closeknit which would get him in touch with blake who the sovereigns are ready to break by ensuring the one person he loves will die just to use him as one of the pieces to the puzzle of freeing them 🤯 i am constantly in awe at how every new audio or drop of lore manages to pull me in even deeper. just truly wonderful storytelling 💖

I've been sitting here letting this kind of run around in my brain while I think about the stories we have heard about the Sovereigns. I thought we were told they were placed in a stasis situation were they weren't starved and essentially tortured forever. Aren't we hearing the exact opposite from the Sovereigns themselves? Are we about to find out that there is more nuance to the story we thought we knew???

How many times was I yelling out, "No! Don't do it, fool!" Welp, he did it. And now our poor little seer is going to become Darth Vader, scratch that, a whole Middle Earth Eye of Soren, the Sovereigns are gonna float back up (excuse me) like turds in a toilet, and we all bout to die. Maybe I'm mixing storylines here, but all I keep seeing is Hush in that rabbit suit, sitting on the edge of the seat, patting the other side waiting for us.🥹🥹😭

The order is going to be to release the shades, isn't it???? We know Brachium was there at the Inversion and that the Shades came from death as a "feast". Although Blake has connections to Shades, I don't think that's why they want to break him. We are still missing several hundred tiny pieces of the puzzle, but I think this is shortly before Elliot is released which means it is right around the time of the Inversion. My brain keeps creating combinations of who is helping break the Sovereigns out and who wants to protect Ellegy from them. Now, though, it seems that the d[a]emons who defeated the Sovereigns initially may be unreliable narratoes. Vega knows something because he was at the Cacophony, but don't know what side he's going to land on. I can't make my brain shut off and stop creating all these conspiracies! 😵‍💫

Could it be possible that this happened before we met hush and since brachium made the deal…they turned him into hush to give him a new purpose?! Probably not…just a thought

Damn poor Blake and his s/o. Seeing that they are pawns to a game already planned out in advance. I wonder and TRULY wonder how Blake will act/react when Blake ‘breaks’. How it will affect sunshine and Elliot and if it will have a chain reaction to everyone else. Anyways 🥹🥹 got goosebumps there’s that’s but excited for what will happen next !

I can’t help but notice a parallel between E’Laetum and Min’Ara and the Sovereigns beneath the River in that they both withheld and systematically restored a character’s memory for the sole purpose of emotional manipulation.

Well then... I now really need to know the timeline for Hush and for Vega and Warden... Because I̶f̶ when bestie dies. With the knowledge Blake has now and the Vow Brachium has taken... Y'all.. He would be fuckin crazy enough to use the Shade to follow them into death. He would bring himself to the River to try and bring them back... But get pulled into the depths.. Where the Sovereign's convince him to become their tool for escaping. They would bring back his Lover but in return he would become something.. "More"... Think about it. Blake would do anything.. Accept any deal to ensure Besties life was saved. Brachium would be waiting to stop whatever happened but instead the Sovereign's remind him of their agreement and Order him to do nothing as he watches Blake be turned into an empty shell. He is reformed in the river by the Sovereign's and given a new purpose. He is born from Death and the Sovereign's.. Brachium can do nothing but watch as his new ''Brother" is born. Once free from the River.. Brachium would be allowed to do as he pleases but the new body and mind that was once Blake is too powerful. It's not a D(a)emon, it's not a Human.. It's nothing that has ever been seen before. It's an abomination.. Something wrong.. And it has a purpose. Brachium informs the Chorus of what has transpired in desperation to stop whatever this thing is.. They send all manner of Demons and creatures to capture it or destroy it.. One unfortunate Articulate.. Managed to get the jump on him.. But Oops! They were interrupted by a human.. Poor Doc doesn't know what the fuck they have done... Hush is more dangerous than any of us thought..

I am so there with you! A lot of this makes so much sense. Reading your theory and thinking about the Droves statement about breaking him to craft him into something different totally hits with this idea. Even if this isn't what Erik is ultimately thinking, this is brilliantly reasoned out. I am AMAZED!

Late to this party cause I was too anxious at first but now that I’ve given it a proper listen: I officially fear for Brachiums safety for whatever the order he just accepted was as well as Sunshine’s safety when Blake gets news he definitely won’t want…. He sicked a Shade on them to get possible answers so when he finds out they’re of no real use anymore? Sunshine is most likely dead unless Elliott can get back to them first. This man is going to lose any sanity he has left and it’s going to ripple until it drowns anyone else involved/nearby…
