First of all, my own kind of clubbing experiences used to be similar so I'm already relating to the listener a lot. But for the new Boi himself, he gives major early Vincent vibes and I'm here for it. I'm also thinking our listener might be more then human from Porters reaction to them. Another Latent empowered maybe? Maybe we get to experience how Vincent and "Lovely"s relationship could have looked like if Adam wouldn't have kidnapped them and things played out differently. I'm hooked to say the least ♥️

Should I like someone that Vincent and Sam have such a clear dislike for? Probably not. Would I have followed him into a dark alley because I have no sense of self preservation? Absolutely. Also, Treasure?? He's giving ascended Astarion and I'm here for it.

Colour me intrigued. This character comes with the baggage that we know Vincent and Sam aren't too pleased he is back in town... But if he had been introduced independently I don't think folks would be so untrusting (other than the background of his logo... that's giving bad news). Dude is startlingly upfront (about everything!), checks in and asks permission multiple times, gives chances to back out, even breaks the rules to partially explain what he is so the listener is informed in their consent. Also interested about the potential he has chosen to not feed. "Holding off" doesn't sound like not being able to find a meal, he's obviously quite skilled at that. I wonder if feeding habits were the crux of his and Vincent's spat? Iiiiiiiiiiinteresting... And just to let my lizard brain take over a sec... The desperate little sounds and breathing after the kiss? I'm CHEWING the bars of my enclosure. I hope they keep up in the BA - sounds like it's been a while for him.

I was impressed with his checks for consent as well; initially I wondered if Treasure had been less willing to go forward, if he really would've respected the boundaries they laid down, but then I remembered that if he really didn't care he could just trance them and not have to put in any effort at all. So he does seem to have at least a base level of respect for humans and their autonomy, which is a good sign considering some of the other vamps we've met 😳 Also agree with the lizard brain takes, those kisses are laced with something bc I'm caught hook line and sinker. The urgent edge to him reminds me of Vincent's early days; I love where he and Lovely are in their story now and also that Sam and Darlin are taking things at their own pace, but there's some part of me that misses getting chewed on sometimes
