Ooooo I love this! I was hoping that Smartass was informed but they have an empowered ex?! Whooooo?? Could they maybe help if things don’t happen soon enough?! I’d love to see that play out. Smartass inviting their ex over to talk about how they could expedite the process or something to make the raid happen faster. I hope they split amicably! It seems that way if they’re still informed (if not officially) and haven’t had their memory wiped or something. A bit like Porter mentioned in his BA where you could take away the magical knowledge but still leave the majority of memory in tact. It would be interesting to see what happens when an empowered and informed unempowered person split and how that’s handled. Clearly they cared about one another enough that he told Smartass about the magical world 🤔 Either way, I am excited and scared and anxious all in one go!

I watched this a few hours ago on YT after getting up, but have to re-listen again (once is never enough :-) ). I don't even have panic attacks, but my anxiety spikes in sympathy with Elliott. That terrible and helpless feeling of just having to wait...! I wonder if we already know Smartass's ex. If that person were to be actively brought into the plot, would it be a new character or would it be someone we've already met somewhere in the story? Any guesses? I love the hashtags in the comments above! XD

That would be very useful right now, having a seer who might be able to help! I just wonder, if he were to be Smartie's (hehe, couldn't resist that nickname) ex, wouldn't they then already have suggested to go and ask him? I like that idea, though. If Morgan could get involved and help "see"/find Sunshine, that would be so convenient. Except for the awkward: "Knock, knock! Could you please help my new boyfriend's brother to find his missing lover? By the way, do you still have the hoodie I forgot at your place way back?" X'D My first thought about the ex was Porter. XD I don't know why, and I'm pretty damn sure that theory is wrong. When Porter asked Treasure if they wanted to remember him *with* his powers (instead of their night being a one-time affair and them having their memory of his magic wiped), he said he'd never asked anyone this before. So, unless he lied, there shouldn't be an ex who remembers his magic. I guess my idea there just came from the impression, that Porter would be the type to have "skeletons in the closet" and maybe leaving several broken hearts - and rules - behind wherever he goes.

Could David be the ex? The only basis I have is that SA could have a thing for tsunderes 😅 but I feel like it was mentioned somewhere that Angel is David’s first and only s/o 🤔 I don’t mind being proved wrong or disagreed with, but I would love to hear theories 🙏
