Uhmmm... lore? Shaw pack lost clout after iInversion? Sam leaving Solaire? I knew he didn't see himself as immortal any more, but leaving the clan? If the clan breaks down before Quinn is released, who will makes sure Quinn doesn't go free? William was supposed to be the final justice. I do love the idea of BORING empowered people drama, but all our empowered bois know how to do their drama right!!! My head is all over the place right now. Is it wrong to be thinking how nice a normal, run of the mill Yandere stalker would be right now??

Sam considering leaving the Clan hit me out of left field. I knew he disapproved of how Will orchestrated and executed the assassination, but I never would’ve guessed he was considering leaving the Clan over it. I suppose looking back he had told Darlin’ he didn’t join out of any real desire to be in the Clan; he was unexpectedly turned and didn’t really know what to do or where to go so he just kind of stuck around for 15~ish years. A kind of purgatory if you want to be a bit morbid about it. Sam doesn’t have anything tethering him to the Clan like Vincent does with the line of succession or Lovely with Vincent being their partner. Frederick would be fairly independent at this point and not need Sam close by at all times (though of course they’re still Maker and Progeny). I suppose it’ll all come down to which weighs heavier on the scales: His reasons to stay or his reasons to leave.

First I was relieved that this wasn't about Darlin' going to their Alpha for advice after the last Sam video, because emotionally I wasn't ready for that yet. XD But now all this concern because of and about William! I've already been worried what else Will might be into and hiding, and I so desperately hope he doesn't turn out to be somewhat of the "bad guy". I have a big soft spot for him. And I also really, really, rrrrreally want Vincent and Sam to be okay. And the wolves all need to be safe, too. My poor heart can't handle the suspense in this plot! XD Wow, I'm sure this year is going to be exciting, and I wish I could fast-forward time to see all the future videos NOW! Great job, Erik, as always!! ♥ Also, I'm glad this dropped a day late, because I had such a migraine yesterday that I couldn't have enjoyed it as much. :-)

The Glitch in David's voice at 18:20 when he says "Inversion" made me feel absolutely suspicious and on edge.. I don't think it was intentional but I don't trust shit. 😅

So, have a few thoughts. 1) I love how Star Trek is a running theme with Pack ( am going to headcannon that when Angel and Asher hang out they both nerd out while David and Baaabe just stand awkwardly.) 2) kinda feel for David being in an awkward situation in regards to the pack's relationship with the Solaire house. I mean, they do have ties and without them, Quinn would still be out there. But after the William power play, it is up in the air as to if he can be trusted. David is right to consider his options. 3) Sam possibly leaving the Clan does make sense. He's made it clear that Vincent and Lovely are the only people he cares about in the Clan. And given that he doesn't plan to live forever as a vampire....yeah. 4) I love how David also uses this to touch base with how Angel is overall. I am a little surprised that Angel isn't phased by what happened. But I get them both just being emotionally exhausted.

sam leaving the clan??? i had no idea it went that deep. like i probably could’ve guessed/seen that coming considering the last sam audio was him talkin about how his forever won’t actually be forever and shit but to leave the clan. damn. also when david touched base with angel about how they were feeling, me personally i was like “damn davey you know i’m actually overwhelmed by all this. exhausted from being overwhelmed” and to hear that angel feels the same way (fuck yeah i love being on brand with the listener character) is kinda validating. bc i love the drama and the suspense but holy shit….its so much i can’t even think or do anything except witness as a bystander sometimes. poor david too cause he doesn’t have his dad here to ask questions or look for guidance, not that his dad would have all the answers but i find it’s helpful to be able to have someone who had the same job as you give you advice. this entire situation sounds really stressful and hard to maneuver. hope they all get a beach episode soon though, these guys need a little happy break.

I feel like the pack has become Sam’s found family in a lot of ways. I know he likes doing things on his own, but I’d love to see him join the pack somehow. Also David being a cutie and laying his head on Angel’s lap 😭😭😭

You said a lot of what I was thinking. We can't lose Vincent's right hand and after what David said we don't know if William is on the good guy team after all. We don't know where Porter's interests really are either. I know Vincent & !Lovelie wouldn't do anything underhanded to the Shaw pack everyone else who knows. Does Darlin' wanna turn into a Vamp? Lots of questions enough to make anyone's head spin. Remember Valenweek could be coming up soon if RpEric chooses to observe it. I know he did atleadt one of the years. We can only hope our stressed out bois get some much needed R&R.

I am not a Star Trek fan and the only version I ever watched watched was Voyager because they had a female captain. However I’ve always LOVED the opening theme and I LOVE that it plays in the background at the beginning. 🥰
