also side note, i love a good emotional moment, but the next video that's of just these two is gonna have to be a fun lighthearted one lol. i feel like we tend to peek in on them at pivotal emotional moments, and that's important and i'm glad to show those things, but i also want to show them just having fun and being happy, since most of the time they are. so expect that on the horizon!

According to the timeline, Damien and Hux got together in June 2022, they visited Hux's moms in December, and Damien came out to his mom in January, where she wasn't fully supportive of him. This was just a month after that.

God this one got me emotional to the core. Hearing Huxley obviously hurt and trying to make it seem like he was fine before breaking down? Feeling like he’s too much? All hit very close to home. But their patience and love for each other is very much felt throughout this and made me so so happy in the end. Also I am extremely hype for the promise of more of these two, especially in a more fun and fluffy context. These boys are my absolute favorite, I love to see them happy, and I am eagerly awaiting it!

If you use patreon or YouTube on chrome (it would probs also work on safari) you can play the audio with the screen off by hitting play on the audio and then closing your phone, opening it again immediately and hit the play button that should pop up if you do it quick enough. You can also do something similar to make it keep playing when you’re on other apps (lmk if you need that explained in more detail lmao I tried my best).

Ok, for the record (and speaking just for myself), even though we’ve been visiting in on some deep emotional moments with these two, there is always laughter and banter between them at some point in the audio. So it’s never been lost on me that their day to day relationship is full of laughter and banter and just normal life things that they are just happy to be sharing with each other. I don’t mind dropping in on the big moments, they are sweet and insightful and beautifully written. I’ll take any variation of Dames and Hux, including just the big emotional ones.
