Pleng believes that she doesn’t deserve anything good in her life due to the jealousy and hate she faced from her peers and aunt wi, people already don’t like her cause she comes from a rich family and hate on her cause she’s privileged, they think Pleng should struggle with money like they did I mean look how happy they were when she finally had nothing to her name. This takes a toll on one’s self esteem and sense of self worth and it sucks cause we don’t get to choose our parents and it’s not like Pleng asked for rich parents she just happened to be born with it. Yes sometimes Pleng was acting like a spoiled brat but majority of that hate came from the fact that they were jealous cause she was born into wealth. On top of that she was talented musically and they could see that. I love how in the end Pleng ended up taking charge of her life and told Ek off in ep 6, for me it was her finally believing that she deserves to be loved, that she’s not a burden to others, that she deserves a successful career in music, and that she deserves Wan (something good in her life).

I also think Pleng sort of blamed herself for her parents death or felt like a burden since she voiced many times that she wasn’t into business and that she wasn’t interested in helping them with their business so her parents dealt with the business alone, making her feel like a burden since she was more into music.
