That camping trip is what made them realize for sure the feelings they had were true, real and was felt by the other in a different environment. It's like it spilled over for them and they weren't able to control it anymore. I just love all their interactions in this episode. The glances at the fire with everyone there but that tent scene was sooo good. Of course the confession after camping is THE scene.
