Jonathan D. Phoenix

The way they paralleled the cold open from the very first episode

Jonathan D. Phoenix

Interesting how they decided to keep that Asian girl who works at the premiere as a reoccurring character this season

Jonathan D. Phoenix

The parents were at the premiere in the episode Blues Brothers and Garry Grills, and obviously Megan’s been there in many episodes

Big head and Cantaloup joke aside they did acknowledge how he lost weight

Lol messed up continuity. Josh says “you know I’ve wanted the assistant manager job here for 3 years” but they’re supposed to be 16, and Josh starts working there during season 2 where they’re at least 14

They finally broke the narrative of “every time Josh does what Drake would do he gets punished for it”

Fan fact: the shrimp skit was from another Dan Schneider show called: "The Amanda Show" and that skit prompted network executives to cast the two actors in their own spin-off, AKA "Drake & Josh" So basically that episode was the best way to do a closure

Jonathan D. Phoenix

If you didn’t know that scene of Drake and Josh fighting over the shrimp was from The Amanda Show and it’s the reason the show exists

Yeah that's a really cool easter egg

I started watching the show after I had briefly seen this Crazy Steve scene in Game Shakers. I did not expect it would be in the finale.

I've seen this reaction a few times now. But I did want to point out that one of the main things a manager does is handle business and collaborations and paperwork. If there's a contract. They read it thoroughly and go over the details, make negotiations, and decide what's best for their client. The 1 time Josh needed to do his job, what a manager is supposed to do. He didn't do it. And in context, it’s a contract so they own Drake now. He signed away all of his creative freedom, until the contract is up. Firing him is probably the least unfair thing Drake could do after that. That is a major career-affecting choice. Also none of Helen’s delivery or direct intentions with being so nice to Drake, has anything to do with flirting. She has literally said she looks at him like a son. None of their exchanges have the tone of this woman is flirting with this teenager. And yes you can cheat at Golf. It’s very easy actually

GIMM ENT.

This was best show that Nickelodeon ever had in my opinion.
