Watched this show out of curiosity and watched this season and was very entertaining

Hey Cody, really enjoying your reactions to Hell's Kitchen! Thanks for watching Season 5 (and thanks to Chris too). I also get frustrated that in the end it can come down to whether their team can cook rather than whether the individual can cook, but it makes sense to me that since they're competing for an executive chef position which involves managing a brigade, that Ramsey needs to see whether they can do that part of it too. The part I find unfortunate is that the chefs they're working with are former competitors with possible grudges and a lack of motivation to work hard other than their professional reputations and personal ethics. That would be enough to motivate me (after all, surely no employer who watched Lacey's performance would ever hire her!) but some of the contestants seems short-sighted on this point. Still, Ramsey is pretty wise to shenanigans, and it does make for engaging TV! (P.S. I also really like Robert and found it really sad that medical reasons intervened.)
