Sync... (Patreon)

Hey everyone! so I have seen a few people comment that they cannot view the links on sync as they keep freezing or not loading and some people have left Patreon with an exit survey saying that they cannot view my content... I cannot stress this enough and I have been saying this for over a year since I got sync lol but DOWNLOAD the videos. The server for Sync is not good for streaming so you have to download the video. That is the whole reason for the links lol.

I always download its just much more convenient for me lol

I was really confused since I started downloading your reactions almost as soon as I joined as a Patreon a year ago

RavenLord

I'm one of the lucky ones who rarely has difficulty streaming your content, but it seems common sense to download if the stream isn't working right. :)

I figured it out on my end, turns out the adblocker I was using was causing sync errors.

Which better than sync can you tell me because Dropbox doesn't even work for me it literally like every time I try to think like I don't even know how to download the thing but if you can help me to know how to download the thing because I don't even know how to it's getting complicated for me

I’ve made many posts that none of my Dropbox links work anymore because I do not use it. That’s even on my page when you go to sign up. So that’s why you’re having issues there. Sync when you click on the links I share, asks you to either open or download. Click download

Christopher smith

When you tell me Dropbox you need to tell me that that more explanation that way when I do do it I can figure out and please and thank you because just tell me download it because I don't even know where to start downloading it

Cody Hoppes

Again… Dropbox does not work because I do not use it.. on sync, once you click the link I share, just click download

OP World

I can't download it. My problem is when I click the link on this site, it doesn't bring me to it to download, just gives me a message saying error occured

On sync? Which videos are you looking for? Cuz I click all of them after posting and never have an issue

OP World

Yeah it's on sync and it's every link, I used to not have a problem with it and I used to download it but now it doesn't give me that option. I have no left your Patreon because I absolutely love your content and want to stay in case I can somehow find a fix on my end of it so I tried to submit a problem on sync to them and it doesn't let me send the report, I click submit and it doesn't do anything

Oh my god that’s a while ago. If you had issues why didn’t you message me? I could have found a different way to get you the videos

OP World

It is weird, wish there was a way I could send you a screenshot of it so you know the screen I'm getting when clicking on the links but it's a white screen, says Sync on top and below it it says an error has occured and that's it

I did awhile back ago and I unfortunately came off sounding rude cause I was mad about it, not at you but at the problem I was having so then later you mentioned how you were looking into it so waited to see if it would fix it and it unfortunately didn't :( but I don't know what else to do on my end to fix it cause I'm not sure what's causing it

Hey Cody while we're on the topic of Dropbox I recently lost my entire laptop on my last trip. Don't ask me how I have no idea. I was able to recover a lot of your videos but a few I wasn't able to due to the Dropbox/Sync switch. Ones of the top of my head are Cars and Tangled. Do you happen to have those backed up? And if can think of any more I wasn't able to recover I'll let you know.

Hey, did you try stream or download the video on some other device / network (for example from some friend's computer/network) ? Until now I haven't had a single issue with streaming or downloading. If other people can stream /download normally then probably there is some issue with your computer/network.

Yeah, I tried my PS5, I tried my phone, laptop and all does the same thing

Christopher smith

It's totally Cody sorry but I don't mean to rush you or mean to make you think do things you can't do I'm just saying the but you know I like your movies because some of them aren't unseen and some like TV shows aren't seeing so I can at least enjoy that so thank you for everything you gave us on patreon I'm grateful

Christopher smith

And some things on patreon I can feel like I can see a lot of things on patreon like a lot of movies you have and and TV shows I'm grateful for everything you bring to us even though Dropbox does there's some movies that you do a lot that it's not from Dropbox but we can still watch it so I'm grateful thank you Cody and I know you try your best and that's all you can do thank you man I appreciate you
