Thanks for sharing this, guys! Really like this yoga mat idea, Dave. I live in a smallish apartment with my family (I basically own the living room/den area) and I find myself sometimes standing up to stretch while watching things since this is the only "safe" form of activity I can do while staying at home. Might switch it up and dust off the old yoga mat while I do this, since I'm already standing anyways lol.

I put down a giant yoga mat for VR, Ring Fit Adventure, Just Dance etc. but I should leave it out for meetings and turn off my camera and pace more, that’s a great idea. Also joking, not joking: what kind of monster wears shoes in the house??

Dave Glanz

Rooting for you guys!

David Chen

I've seen lots of (non-Asian) Americans do it!

I found a single yoga mat to be too restrictive to really pace/walk back and forth efficiently which is why I recommend two. But let me know how it works out for you!

Thanks for sharing fellas! Cheering you on!

This was great and I'm glad you are both finding what works for you! I can relate on every level. Looking forward to future updates!

Henry Chen

Great stuff! Look forward to future discussion.

Please more content like this lol nutritional, exercise and dieting topics would be much appreciated as I’m trying to figure out the lifestyle for myself

Really enjoyed hearing this episode. Listening to you guys really brought me back to my own weight loss journey. I’m glad you’ve each found something that seems to be working. One meal a day is how I eventually got to my goal. But, I would allow myself a 160 cal protein shake in the morning and at night if I started to feel hungry.

Loved listening to this Dave, struggling with weight is hard, I’ve struggled with it my whole life. I’m currently at likely the lowest weight I’ve been since high school. I lost about 150 pounds in roughly a year and my life has been immeasurably better and I’ve been able to maintain during the pandemic which has been hard at times and easy at times. Keep up the great work!
