But to see his thoughts (not that their bad thoughts) they have only just met and we don't know much about how Nathan feels. Yeah, I'm not trying to be mean at all, but I saw this comic (the SFW version) and thought "oh wow, I HAVE to become a patron to see all the great NSFW stuff!" but when I did, the dick was just... SO cartoonishly large that it actually kinda killed it for me and I cancelled the membership. I'm sure it's a very valid kink for other folks, but seeing a dick the size of someone's arm is just so so huge and also makes me think of the inevitable pain of someone else's ass when the next stage of their relationship happens... The comic overall is very well drawn and I don't want this to come across as me trying to sh*t on it at all, it's just that it was a visual I wasn't able to ignore.

Hi, I understand this has been a sentiment expressed by many and I understand where people are coming from. I'm not going to lie and say it doesn't hurt to read people describing it as "cringe" or a reason why people cancel their membership - which is fine because your thoughts are yours and valid, but I do read your comments and it's hard to separate personal feelings from it when it is a personal work in the first place. That said I appreciate the genuine concerns and I know when the story is so much rooted in realism, that readers would want realistic touches to everything and I do understand and want to reciprocate that. I will try to do better and improve on it in ways that doesn't feel too jarring and shocking. Thank you.

But I feel like it being big is part of the story and part of Andrew’s complex about himself. It’s the classic “something someone’s insecure about is their partner’s favorite thing about them” trope. I see it helping andrew seeing his body in a more positive light and maybe address Nathan’s more shallow tendencies.
