I've had a few people ask me about this, and I'm very proud of what I've come up with. I'd love to know what your making schedule is too!

I wake up bit early, and do all work 2 hours before my day job starts.

Tuesday - Friday
Editing and writing. I edit this week’s episode, and write a paragraph or two on next week’s episode to this schedule:

Tuesday - Edit 1 of this week's episode. Does it make sense in the whole series plot? Write 500 words on next week's episode.

Wednesday - Edit 2 of this week's episode. Does the individual episode's plot make sense? Write 500 words on next week's episode.

Thursday - Edit 3 of this week's episode. Does it SOUND good? Write 500 words on next week's episode.

Friday - Edit 4 of this week's episode. Technically correct: Spelling, Grammar, weights & measures. Write 500 words on next week's episode.

Now I've got a new episode ready for next week, at about 2000 words, and a methodically-edited episode ready for recording.

Saturday
By this point, this week’s episode is ready to go, so I record it. I read it to my partner, Lucy, after breakfast over tea, and record during the morning. I send the draft audio out to my friends and small number of patrons for early access and last-minute error checking (you'll tell me my mistakes!) Sometime during today Lucy records the credits, having had time to  digest the episode and come up with a mid-credits joke/quip (like Meg’s proverbs in Night Vale)

Sunday
With the audio finalised and any mistakes I missed pointed out to me, I do the final editing and prepare the scheduled posting for Monday.

Monday
Publishing day! Podcast goes out at 8am (ideally!), I tweet about them with a script I’m constantly refining, and I post the transcript and production notes here on Patreon.

Hope that's interesting, and if you have tips for me, I’d be delighted to hear what works for you!
