(production-notes) Episode 3.2 (Patreon)

Another great victory for spreaker's scheduled auto-publishing system, LT was live on rss, twitter, tumblr, soundcloud and youtube at EXACTLY 8am London time today.

Look at me, publishing to a strict schedule like a professional! Don't get too used to this level of professionalism: I realised today that I spelled "NAMTAO" as "NAMTO" in all the season 2 descriptions. smh. Fixed now, and all the links were OK, so maybe no-one noticed?! Profesh.

The cloud seeding described in this episode IS A REAL THING! As Lucy says in the credits, it's used in places like Dubai to control the rains. Though usually done with aeroplanes, it's amazing how much we as humans can affect our environment.

You know how the ages of the earth (eg, Jurassic, Cambrian) describe notable changes that happened in them, like in the Carboniferous period, we note a lot of carbon deposits from swampy forests? The current age is the Anthropocene - from the Greek Anthropo, meaning human. We're the biggest change at the moment! No pressure!

IVAN's voice at 4:20 is borrowed from The IVAN Special (if you've not heard it, it's available for all Amiga-level patrons  here https://www.patreon.com/posts/44759346) and is voiced by my friend Alex Bayly.
