(production-notes) Episode 3.9 (Patreon)

Here we are at the penultimate episode of season 3.0! What a journey. Still a few questions to be answered, as we'll see next week.

Today's episode was SO FUN to record and edit - with both Seths speaking at the same time. I knew the effect I wanted was for their sentences to all end on the same words or phrases - telegraphing them both getting into sync, but until I recorded it I didn't know how great it was going to turn out. Absolutely delighted!

I tweeted the above image out from @lostterminalpod with a recommendation to listen with headphones for this one. I tested listening to the show (as I often do when trying new techniques) on many different audio sources, to make sure the mix is right, and on a bluetooth speaker with no stereo separation - it was unintelligible! My apologies if that's all you have!

As Lucy said in the credits, next week is the finale of season 3.0! I'm recording the Special this week with a secret guest voice actor and you'll hear the start of it (as always) at the end of the finale. Very excited by this one.

Thank you all and see you next week! <3
