[production-notes] Episode 6.7 (Patreon)

Morning all!

I'm back in the swing of things again after my holiday. It's just a matter of doubling my wordcount to get back to my normal schedule of having an episode ready 1 week before publishing, so I can then edit it for a week.

1 week writing / 1 week editing. 

Always has been, and as far as I can see, always will be. It suits me! Just enough panic to keep me on my toes, just enough redundancy so I have a whole week in hand.

The Svalbard Seed Vault is real! Not only that, but it looks like a Star Wars sandcrawler, which is awesome. (side note: I didn't realise JUST HOW MUCH Star Wars stole from Dune. Have you seen it? You should! The new one is really approachable). There's been clues to Linda's origins in previous episodes, but she's now spilled the beans! 

The music this week I'm very proud of. It turned out so well, I'm going to use it as regular background music in my new podcast, Modem Prometheus (have you listened to the pilot ep? Let me know what you think!). I think it'll suit the spooky mood there.
