Aaaaand... TIME!

I started recoding at 14:48 and finished publishing at 16:49. This has to be some sort of record for fastest turn-around in Lost Terminal history. It doesn't represent a goal, more of a cautionary tale.

As I alluded to on twitter yesterday, due to a scheduling conflict, I couldn't record from Wednesday to this afternoon, missing my publishing slot of 9am Monday morning (GMT).

This is happening too much, and the root cause is because I'm taking on more creative projects. This is good (in the case of Modem Prometheus, EXTREMELY GOOD, please listen to the first episode!) but I can't allow new podcast work to damage my existing podcasts.

Here's my plan:

From season 8.0 (which premieres in 42 days on the 4th of March), I am going to record 1 week ahead of schedule.

Complex stuff, I know. I shouldn't be recording just a few days before each episode, that makes my deadlines stressful and risky. This is not what you, my valued patrons, deserve. You are paying me, this makes the project a professional project; I must be more professional.

Today's SIGNAL track was one I thought about putting on my second album, NAMTAO1986, but I didn't like how harsh the radio track sounded. I've decided I shouldn't be so judgemental, they were broadcasting from the Moon, which is pretty impressive for 1968 honestly. So I re-mastered the track and you heard it today.

Thank you all for your patience as I get things organised better. I will see you for the penultimate episode of season 7.0 next week! <3
