The game won't launch or doesn't open the browser for login

Try running the game as Administrator. In some cases, Windows Defender or your antivirus software may block the game or prevent it from opening the browser for authorization. If that happens, add the game folder to your antivirus/Windows Defender exclusions and try launching the game again.

The authorization page doesn't open in my browser

Try changing your default web browser to another one, such as Google Chrome, and launch the game again.

Dialogues are missing or I only see transparent text boxes

This usually happens when the game is installed in a directory with a long file path.

Solution: Move the game folder to a shorter location, for example:

C:\Games\MyGame

instead of:

C:\Users\YourName\Downloads\VeryLongFolderName\AnotherFolder\MyGame

How do I transfer my save file from a previous version?

Simply copy the __save folder from your old game installation into the new game folder.

My VR headset isn't working

First, make sure your headset is properly connected to your PC.

Sometimes SteamVR updates can introduce compatibility issues that temporarily break VR support in the game. If that happens, I recommend rolling back to a previous SteamVR version until an official fix is released.

My camera height is incorrect on Quest 3 (I'm lower than normal)

If you're using an Oculus/Meta Quest 3 and your in-game height seems too low, reset your headset's tracking/boundary and recenter your view from the headset before launching or while playing the game.
