Carousel update 2 (Patreon)

Inking is done! and I figured out how to get the effect I wanted on the halo 🤭 so now I'll just apply it to the other bits. Gonna see if I can finish up the background coloring today and move on to the animation and do all the finalized timings. Goal is to make it about a 15 sec animation so it matches up with the music selection. I think the actual Sprungy animation will be about 3 sec so that it loops 5 times, but it might end up 5 sec and loops 3 times. I'll see where all that timing ends up. The animated bits are going to be far less polished. I wanna give it more of like a "Pink Elephants" look.
