I am curious what your heartrate is standing up... before I learned I had Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) I thought it was normal to have an elevated heartrate just by standing. Wearing compression socks gives me some relief but really my favorite place is sitting down.... this might sound lazy but imagine working out for 2+ hours a day...(or more if I have errands to do and can’t stay home working on more content for you 😜😘🥰) So if you’re up for it-do share what you’re standing Heartrate is!🙏🏼😇🫀💗

About 85 bpm when standing and interacting in a casual environment. Amazing how feet compression lowers your bpm that much. Does a lower heart rate when going from sitting/lying down to standing up workout? If I jump up quickly from resting, I get a little light-headed sometimes.
