Death, Reversed (Patreon)

This is my OC Lirael, depicted as the "Death" card in a tarot deck in the Reverse position. The Death card in this position represents fear of change, holding on, stagnation and decay, which pretty well says everything that needs to be said about a vampire who refused to let go of the past. On the card, he's surrounded by begonias and yellow chrysanthemums, the latter carrying a message of "I was here and I loved."
