From My Camera Roll (Patreon)

I'm full of excitement this week, lots of new things to talk about!

No Drawing Required!

A summer painting project for everyone! 'Watercolour colouring in' is a lovely way to enjoy watercolour without the worry of drawing. I've created 4 colouring booklets themed around Beach, Camping, Festival and London. You're getting the first look, you can buy them on Etsy or my website shop in both paper and digital form and we have a discount bundle of all 4!

Floral Alphabet is complete!

First, I'm very happy to see so many completed alphabets on social media and discord, well done to all of you who've taken part. If you want to join in, it's not too late; the playlist of videos will remain on our channel indefinitely. Get your template here.

Feeling creative

It is rare I get to paint for pleasure and I often have this nagging feeling that I'm not tapping into my full creative potential. Therefore, this last year, I've made a bigger effort to paint off grid, just for myself. I painted this card for a friend's birthday yesterday and it made me feel wonderful. I wanted to share the techniques I used for it and you will see those in a future Patreon Watercolour challenge soon!

Golf!

My mum plays a lot of golf and I would love to play a round with her. Only issue is I've never played before! These are her old clubs she's just given me so I'm looking forward to trying out a new hobby.

Strawberry harvest

We're enjoying bowls of strawberries from the garden, it was the trigger point for discussing berries and then choosing it as the topic for our watercolour hang out....

Watercolour Hang out

...which led to this lovely painting session which you can watch back here!

This week on Youtube

I'm doing a little channel vlog and catch up on Tuesday. On Thursday we're painting this gorgeous country cottage garden scene!

This week on Patreon

We have part one of the australian floral wreath!

And finally...

If there wasn't already plenty of excitement for this week, my new book is available for Pre Order. I have a video on Youtube on Friday to show you a little bit more inside and why it's a perfect addition to your watercolour book collection. Pre order your copy here!
