Hi everyone and welcome to October, it’s shaping up to be a great month of creativity. This time of year offers so much inspiration with the autumn colours, fun festivals and cosy crafts.

October News

My new book ‘You will be able to paint with watercolour by the end of this book’ has launched in Europe with the rest of the world release dates in October. Thank you so much for all your orders and kind words. I’m very proud of it and look forward to filming some tutorials from it down the line. It really feels like I’ve got an ultimate watercolour handbook to dip into whenever I need to refresh my basic skills or get inspiration for what to paint next.

We are back shipping to the USA! We have decided to take the hassle out of your hands and pay all the charges at this end. This has meant an increase in shipping charges, thank you for your understanding.

I came back from my second retreat in Scotland where we enjoyed amazing weather and wonderful company and inspiration. Thank you to everyone who joined me in Scotland this year, I really get so much out of these trips. I’m feeling invigorated to paint this Autumn!

We launched the 2025 Watercolour Advent Calendar yesterday on Etsy (advent calendar kits to follow next week) but don’t forget the 50% discount code on all digital products for the month of October on Etsy using the code DIGIPAT50. It might seem early but these products need to reach you by December 1st. I promise we will not talk of Christmas again for a while.

Tomorrow we will be launching our 2026 paint your own annual calendar which will feature beautiful seasonal designs featuring brand new birds, animal, insect, plants and pattern tutorials.
