Hi Harriet , I love your little rectangular palette . Please can you let me know where I can get one . It’s lovely xx

I’m going to paint mushrooms today!! Harriet, I watched an older tutorial of yours where you painted Scabiosa flowers. But you painted them using the negative space to create the petals. I saw another artist who uses this method to paint peonies and tried and failed miserably! I want to try this again but was wondering if you thought Hot press paper would work better?

These are so sweet altogether on a page, loving these autumn colours of late 😍

Well I’ll try it will cold press. I started on my mushrooms. I painted all of them except the large red one. We’re camping and I don’t have masking fluid. It was hard enough painting around those on the little mushroom! When I get home I’ll finish it. But I just love painting mushrooms!! I’ll post on discord when I’m done. I don’t have your year of watercolor book. I just painted from the picture.

Love the mushrooms. Have just bought your book and am looking forward to a lovely, restful afternoon painting them. What brand of paints do you use as I have never seen some of the colours you mention?
