Hi everyone, I hope you've had a good week. I cant remember a more intensive week of work in a very long time as I had a mid point book deadline (today!) therefore life has revolved around painting in my office and flopping on the sofa to watch the winter olympics. I'm rather exhausted but very creatively satisfied which feels good.

The Story of 2 Bullfinches

I am so thrilled with this piece and this is what the Sweet Pea tier (and above) will be painting over the next three week's watercolour challenges. We drew it last week and will slowly work our way to this finished point.

The last colour palette post

We've come to the end of the palette with Youtube's Tuesday video being all about the earth tones in my palette. It's been such a useful series for me but I'm looking forward to getting back to some tutorials...

Spring Vases on Social Media

You are going to see some quick cut social media tutorials using Vases of Spring Flowers to help pinpoint and improve specific watercolour techniques. Of course Patrons will have the long form versions coming out on the same day as the social media versions.
