Watercolour Challenge 296: Goldfinch on a Thistle Bush (Patreon)

Hi everyone, here is a one and done painting of a goldfinch on a thistle bush with a soft focus background, covering a few of the You Pick We Paint requests.

Cold pressed watercolour paper (6x8 inches)

hb pencil

hard and soft erasers

masking fluid

colours I used: hanse yellow mdium (not mentioned in the video swatches), yellow ochre, organic vermillion, alizarin crimson, opera rose, imperial purple, burnt sienna, moonglow, paynes grey, ivory black, deep sap green, green gold, sap green

brushes I used: pointed round 8,4,2,0 large round/mop
