Live Stream Trial: Sunday 6th December, 4pm GMT (Patreon)

Hi everyone, thanks so much for letting me know the dates that will best suit you. 

After considering a few options we are going to trial this on Zoom so that everyone has the ability to have a camera on themselves and therefore be able to show their work to me if they want help with a specific thing. Zoom is free and you don't even need an account to join a meeting. 

On Sunday 6th December, get yourself set up ready to paint and click the link below to enter the waiting room. Please do this a few minutes before 4pm (GMT) so we can have a prompt start.

You can join us any time but we won't be going over things again and again each time someone new joins as this isn't fair on those who arrived at the start. I have scheduled 2 hours painting time but you can leave at any time and we may find the session comes to a natural end.

For this session I am going to paint some Christmas Favourites: animals, christmas food, Christmas icons etc...if you have any requests please comment below!

 You will need to type in the Meeting ID and Password, below in bold.

This livestream is only available to my patrons.  Sharing this invitation with outsiders to the group is a violation of Patreon and GDPR rules.

I have the option to record this session. It is something I am weighing up at the moment and I'll let you know my thoughts on the matter after the session. This is a trial so I need to see if a recorded viewing after the date benefits the viewer. If recording is not viable, I will be adding the livestream to a higher tier so sweet peas that can't attend classes won't feel that they are getting less for their subscription.

Thank you so much Harriet!! What a lovely way to start my Sunday (8am for me on Vancouver Island :) ) That was a very good exercise in painting quickly. I am so used to going through the youtube videos slowly and pausing lots, but it was good to practice keeping pace with you! It was also nice to see many friendly, concentrated faces painting elsewhere in the world. I really hope there are more to come! xx

Hi Harriet, I am gutted I couldn't make the live stream yesterday. Had my daughter (she's a teacher) on the phone panicking she has covid as she has a streaming cold.. so I had to talk her down a bit. I hope it was recorded? Thanks

Hi Jane, my plan is it will always be on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm as that suits me well and seems to allow for multiple timezones to access it. But we will do a poll at the start of each month to see which Sunday date will suit the most people. I will also be recording them from january onwards so if you were to miss one you could watch back the live stream.

Hi Kate, I'll be completely honest and say in the nerves of setting it all up for the trial I forgot to press record! I've now had a few practices so I know how to record it and won't make that mistake again. So sorry I dont have a trial recording when I intended to. It was one thing too many in the moment.
