I've really enjoyed the little illustration sets you have done in the past (like things for bonfire night or woodland animals or Christmas things.) Maybe some rainy day things? They make super cute bookmarks and nice gifts.

April Haxby

I would love some ideas of how to paint a bride and groom, maybe surrounded by flowers. Something non-religious. Maybe under a flower arch? Something really pretty anyway - I know you always have lovely ideas.

Patricia Sampaio

Would love to see some tropical flowers / plants. They tend to be more complex in form, color and etc so it would be fantastic to have you guiding us on how to tackle them. Thinking bromelias, palms, anturium, orchids and etc :-) thank you !!

Jane Jackson MBE

Some tips on how to do folds in petals and leaves would be great.

Angela

I would some more non flowers, some retro/mid century type scenes. I remember the wonderful skating/sledging one around Christmas. Also I’m loving the art deco/nouveau styles.

CynthiaJQ

Would love to see more scenes with people, thanks!

KirstenR

I’ve been struggling with anemones lately- particularly purple and lavender which I find hard to mix. I’d also love to see flowering dogwood. I have a heavenly one outside my window which eludes me. I have also been thinking a lot about fishing off of a pier in the warmer months. I love weather beaten piers on the lakes in our area. I loved the nature study work, and have often tried and failed at painting logs with plenty of lichens, and bits growing off of it. I have pictures of a stinker of a log which feels overwhelming.

Gill Rogers

Miniature flowers, or miniature scenes

Linda Bloom

Flowering dogwood tree, some of those virus blended tulips, another little cottage with a cottage garden

Rachel Berry Gallahair

Kites in the sky with gestural people. Also, I am always up for a whimsical animal painting (Loved the fox and the easter bunnies). :)

Connie

A castle!😊

Donna Hudson

Maybe some mushrooms?? I think lichens would also be great fun.

Robyn Mills

I would enjoy some line and wash of flowers. I loved the line and wash of the Cosmos blooms fro different angles lesson.

Ioana Anghel

Night time landscape with moon reflected on a body of water. Fruits and/or veggies

What I struggle with is adding details. What are your strategies for adding details, and what would be things to consider? E.g the effect of adding shadows, layers on bushes/trees… to make a painting look more finished 😊

Kate Tully

Vehicles and things for male birthday cards please

Laura Petrosian

Camilla flower bush and close up. My 96 year old mother-in-law has one in her front yard that she planted 65 years ago ad I’d love to paint it for her.

Tami

Loose Poppies or Detailed Poppies, Spring Illustrated Page, Motorcycle Harley Davidson, Jeep or Pickup Truck

Elaine Jarvis

A stream or brook. I loved that water droplet but moving water and waterfalls/rapids/weird seems like the next step

Snaidis

I'd love to do animals, maybe a little deer or a bird called wren ?

Kristl Huffman

I'm so excited for the floral garden gate! No suggestions, at this time. Just pure enjoyment!

Marion Knell

Looking forward to this too.

I've got a tutorial all about loose and detailed poppies in the flowers and foliage playlist on YouTube.

I've done a Amelia painting on the flowers and foliage playlist on YouTube but a whole bush might be nice

I've got a few landscapes along these lines in the watercolour challenges

Do have a look at the watercolour challenges we did all featuring people

Hi Kirsten we've got a few flower tutorials along these lines in the flowers and foliage playlist. A pier scene would be nice! My mother in law is always asking me to paint lichens so maybe I need to!

Claudia S

I still would love a window box with flowers and the frog!

Anna Rofes

A meadow with plenty of wildflowers and perhaps a cottage on the background

I found it and will give it a go! Thanks! Before I posted, I did a YouTube search “de Winton Camilla tutorial” and what I got back was Lilly of the Valley, Quick and Easy Flower Garland, Loose Watercolor Butterflies, Seashell Heart, Getting the Started with Landscape Painting, and a few others ….

Laura Petrosian

And of course, if you do a bush, I’ll turn it into a card for Mother’s Day (U.S.)

Laura Petrosian

Once you gave me the play list name, I scrolled down and found it.

Laura Petrosian

I guess the search would have worked if I knew how to spell it correctly. Embarrassing user error…. 🙄

I think it would suit your style I hope you can find the time to settle on one that captivates you. R
