Announcing a brand new feature (Patreon)

Hey friends,

I recently attended a fantastic zoom sketching session with the artist Emma Carlisle (she is a great mixed media illustrator and artist who has a fantastic Patreon which you will love).

Instead of following a filmed tutorial of the teacher painting, the screen simply has a photo/image of the subject matter and we all sit and paint together but approaching it in our own, differing styles. Over a 1.5 hour session we would do a few different pieces based around a central theme with a time limit on each.

It will be an opportunity to hang out, paint and chat, with no obligation to share your work - or even paint the subject matter. You can have your video and sound on or off, come and join as you please. If you want, we can show our work at the end but no pressure.

I am going to run a trial session on Friday May 26th at 7pm BST for all Patron tiers so you can get an idea of what it's like. Details of the zoom below.

Once it is implemented as a permanent feature it will be introduced into the Cherry Blossom tier as well as a new tier that will sit in between Sweet Pea and Cherry Blossom.

For now I'm going to call it 'grab your paints and let's get started'

Comment below to let me know if you like the sound of this new feature or have any questions.
