Become a Cardiologist! You will spend your days keeping hearts healthy, from spotting high blood pressure early to racing the clock during a heart attack. It is a long road to qualify, and the pager rules your life, but saving lives never gets old. You will choose one of two tracks: Clinical Cardiologist, the diagnosis-and-long-term-care route, or Interventional Cardiologist, repairing hearts with catheters and stents. Both roads lead to the top job at SimCity Hospital.

UPDATE AUGUST 2026: This mod has been rebuilt from the ground up in Sims 4 Studio. It no longer relies on Mod Constructor V5 and no longer requires a script file. You will now need XML Injector.

UPDATE 10/08: Fixed an issue where Logic skill wasn't showing in career branches. Re-download for this to fix in game.
