Mid-January Updates (Patreon)

Hey Everyone,Travis and Kaitlin (and Eezo) here, reporting from Fool & Scholar HQ with a few important updates.

Guardian Tier Update: As you can see in the above short clip, the first Guardian Tier Grípralviðr have been completed! The artists at Brazen & Bold are casting close to 100 of these in the coming days, and preparing each one for safe transportation to their final destinations!

Patch Update: All Goshawk patches are shipped - except for 47 of you (Australia & Asia), which are stuck in customs on their way to Japan. We're working to remedy the issue the best we can.

Show Updates: Our strong suit has always been telling scary stories. Last year we ventured into the realm of nonfiction with That Scares Me Too. While we have greatly enjoyed working with Dr. Sophie Yang to share amazing stories from Asia, we have made the decision to cancel the show. This is due to several factors, the main problem being the higher-than-expected workload required to edit each episode, and we would prefer to focus on creating the fiction content you all know and enjoy. You can still hear the completed TSMT stories on our Patreon feed and the That Scares Me Too podcast feed. The show will always hold a special place in our hearts.

On a brighter note, as of today we are also confident that we will be releasing the next episode of The White Vault: Goshawk almost a full week early. With the extra time we've gained by focusing our full efforts on our fiction podcasts, we hope to find ourselves regularly releasing episodes early for our Patrons.

Bonus Soundtrack: We are also extremely excited to hint at something we can't fully announce just yet... But by the end of the month, we'll be releasing a new Dark Dice Soundtrack! 12 tracks, 10 iconic composers, over 40 minutes of previously unreleased music - perfect for your tabletop games at home! Those of you at the Researcher Tier (and above) will receive an early copy later this week (once we can officially talk about it)! The cover art for the album (not shown here) will also be featured at the LOMEX art gallery in New York City from January 31st-March 15th.

Finally, a personal update... This week is Travis' birthday - so we're going to be celebrating a bit: playing Hide-and-Seek with Eezo, D&D, video games, and cake!

Wishing you all a great rest of the week!

-Travis and Kaitlin (& Eezo)
