I DON'T WANT THIS TO END! Let the madness take me but this is a world of eldritch horror that is so well built. I want to roam the vaults of Kaitlin's mind forever. Edit: Let me see if I've got this correct. The families have added so much extra energy to the system, via excess sacrifices, that we now have fissure sites popping off all over the place. Like climate change, extra energy added to the system, allows for wild weather shifts. In this case the web holding the sleepers back has too much energy. Add in a destroyed site and a new anchor needs to be established. However, the excess energy can go another way: it can be used to wake the sleepers. Maybe I'm over thinking all of this. My thoughts aren't complete.

So, couple things: Is Dis meant to pragmatic or just selfish? Does she want to restore the cycle instead of ending it so she can preserve the luck that has blessed her family? Does she think it's pointless to try otherwise? And is that why she chose to not ask about the many sacrifices that have made to their precious "Guardians"? Is Dragana meant to be "paying" for her desire to end the chaos? Also, did she say Kidtlat is fourth and her longest serving assistant over 10 years? Yet only served over 2 years? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the math ain't mathing on that one. Then there's yet another example of protagonists discussing a main character who has been dead for some time now. Like what, four, five episodes ago? Also, it's not like this was a major reveal; we knew Dragana and Linnea had partnered up years ago.

In Dragana's defense, it takes awhile to find new assistants. You are also assuming that the timelines for both stories are taking place concurrently ;)
