Big Updates, Lofty Goals (Patreon)

Friends,

This has been a very busy week. With Kaitlin at New York Comic Con (Link to video of the panel) and subsequently visiting Maine, my normal work/life schedule has been replaced with nonstop production from about 9 or 10am until midnight (or later) each day, with an hour break to go to the dog park with Eezo. While this fun is obviously unsustainable for the long term, I've almost caught up on emails/messages from Patrons who sent us their PATCH addresses (we replied to 70+ emails one day, only to immediately see another 50 emails the following morning) and the many projects we are actively bringing to life. Speaking of...

Reminder: Please email your address to us at thelibertycomic@gmail.com or through a Patreon Private Message if you haven't done so already so we can get you on the list for the WV Season Three supporter patch. I hope to reply to everyone this weekend. Thank you so much for your patience ahead of time!

First, let's have a real talk... THE WHITE VAULT RETURNS ON TUESDAY and we could not be more excited!!! We have a rough cut of the episode already completed and are adding sounds and retakes over the next few days... I know we set a high bar, but this will be your favorite season so far. We spent some quality time ensuring that all elements would be impactful, and thanks to Brandon Boone, we have a brand new rendition of the introduction theme, which we worked on with the Budapest Scoring Choir, with additional percussion (and guitar) by Steven Melin!  I also got to formally read through and make final edit suggestions on the scripts for the entire season yesterday (150+ pages of reading over 9 hours) and Kaitlin has been making last minute changes while adding the translations. We have a number of production feats to pull off this season, and while the wheels are already in motion, we can't talk about those just yet...

This week we released an emotional episode of our actual play podcast: Dark Dice! Thanks to my co-editor Marissa, we're also almost done with Episode 8, which we hope to have out within the week.

We are also hard at work bringing our upcoming Oct 19th Live Show in Cambridge, MA to life. We've verified last minute changes to travel arrangements, are almost done creating the soundscapes for the stories, and are preparing to do final equipment checks before traveling out to Boston. It's going to be a lot of fun, and we can't wait to see some of you in person. Our VIP tickets already sold out, so be sure to get your tickets before they are gone! (link to tickets above)

Next up, and this is going to seem conceited, but it's how it works... Every week we send out emails to try and get interviews. This week was anomalous and we wound up getting a half dozen written interviews, each of which took over an hour to write up. They will be released in the coming weeks and this was our favorite one that's been released so far.

We were also nominated for multiple Audio Verse Awards! We are quite literally in almost every category as The White Vault, VAST Horizon, Liberty: Tales from the Tower, Dark Dice, The White Vault: Imperial, and The White Vault: A Musical. The winners are selected based on a public vote, so if you're so inclined please vote! We know it is a real endeavor, but everything helps indie shows like us stand out in the crowd.

Finally, we surpassed our goal of building a community of over 500 Patrons! We are continuously surprised and humbled by your generosity and kindness. We appreciate all of you. We promised that we will work to create more bonus content, and after we survive the live show we will get started with that process!

Wishing you all a great weekend!

-Travis & Kaitlin (and Eezo)
