Mid July Update (Patreon)

Hey Friends,

As I type this I honestly didn't realize that it was Monday/Tuesday. It feels a bit like a Friday, at least for me (Travis) because tomorrow (Edit: now yesterday) is episode release day and I've put in VERY long hours for the last 7 days to get to this point... However, I could not stop smiling as I listen to the last few seconds of the episode on loop, as it exported to Dayn, our mixing engineer. So, what's happened since the last update?

Eezo was not informed that dogs are not allowed at Twitchcon so we brought some of the experience back to him...  Our Panel at Twitchcon Paris had a surprise guest, IGN: France, who liked what we had to say and included it in their article. If you read French and want to take a look at the article, find it here! Our Tuesday Panel with the USO was also really well attended, and we are in the process of getting permission to share the video here on Patreon.

As of noon yesterday we were caught up on 1-1 videos for new Patrons! For those don't know what this means, we send each and every Patron a 1-on-1 video message! (Generally found in your Spam folder under "Bonjoro")

Dark Dice: A new episode released yesterday! ... We'll also be hosting a listening party on Friday night, 10pm PST on Twitch.tv/foolandscholar with Sophie Yang & Enrique Perez! Join us for the fun.

We have a number of directed 1-1 remote recording sessions this week with various cast members of Shores of the Silver Thrum in Germany, Scotland, England, and the US.

We did a Total RSS Feed Overhaul of the Dark Dice public feed. We intend to make similar changes to the Patreon RSS shortly. We hope these changes make everything a little easier to organize and help simplify the listening/enjoying process.

"Unnatural Horrors" - Our RPG Book Content: We received a LOT of new artwork this week for our upcoming pen and paper adventure releases... We are working on content for our new adventure, but we are also revising and expanding our older works, such as with this new (WIP) artwork of Coal by KarrahE.

At the very top of this post is a photo of a German marching band, and this week we got to experience a "Star Music Festival," where different bands play music while marching through town. The bands all meet up at the city center to play a concert together, before marching through town again. It was an unexpected and delightful reprieve from the otherwise extremely hot weather we're having.

We recorded a lot of audio and video during our trip to Svalbard. Dayn is working on the Svalbard interviews this week for our upcoming bonus episodes. Shion (the voice of Jason from Echoes) just finished transcribing our latest session of Shores of the Silver Thrum, and is editing our video footage from Svalbard. We hope to have a lot of Svalbard content to share soon!

Kaitlin is hard at work on scripts for the new seasons of The White Vault and Don't Mind, as well as working on artwork and ads for all of our upcoming releases. Travis is preparing for multiple bonus releases next week, and editing the next Dark Dice episode.Eezo has the singular job of keeping cool, as temperatures here (and across the world) keep rising. Eezo is currently dutifully napping in a shadowy part of the apartment.-Cheers and fears,T & K (& E)
