Hey everyone,

Now that College Kings act 2 has finished (apart from some amendments) I wanted to take the time to make a video for you regarding what you can expect to see over the next few months from the College Kings team here on Patreon. In the past I have just written posts but I wanted to switch it up a bit this time, plus there are some important announcements in the video!

Let me know what you think and if you like the video format more than text posts, I might do more in the future.

"Just a quick video" - does a 17 minute video. LOL. Nah man for real now - you started just about a year ago and you're already one of the biggest in this AVN industry. Everyone does mistakes, especially when you grow so fast that your mind can't catch up. Bouncing back and accepting your mistake is definetily a good approach man! Keep going.

For a 20 year old and a small team you are doing a fantastic job, yes the new act was short yes there were issues but you have still delivered a really good product and should be proud of what you have achieved.

I definitely like the video update! It's very informative and makes me appreciate the hard work the team is doing more. A game launcher will be a huge plus and I'm fine with delaying until July for a better, less buggy update. Keep up the great work!

I love this game. I’m not going to walk away because of a bumpy act. I still need my Lauren and Emily fixes. I can wait for July if it means the team is more comfortable and can put out the product they feel we deserve.

It’s great Steve and the team take the feedback on board and are continuing too improve aswell as adapting too the issues. updates like these are great cause you can tell there taking this project serious , so best of luck for act 3 guys ... I think you're doing a great job, despite all the difficulties and pitfalls you described. I think it would lead to a much better experience to not rush the final product and instead focus in a much steady rhythm in development and release, that both feels comfortable for the development team and that leads to a better gaming experience. Keep improving and you're going to deliver a great product. Cheers!

take your time, amend act 2 and provide great act 3 and your success will continue no doubt. keep up on your amazing work! just know that the act 1 (free product) you set the bar really high. And when you start to charge people with Act 2 with such high quality of work in expectation, you have to meet that demand and exceed

Been following your discord since it was less then 50 people and been here for a few months now. Honestly For how fast this shot up in popularity, for how great the story was ,and for how amazing the models turned out. Idk how you were able to push it out as fast as your did and not having more issues before act2. Now your one of the biggest in the shall i say business? Act 2 had its times tho you could tell some was rushed and the random teleporting or just showing up to the mc's room out of no where was a bit annoying liked act 1 more where you actually seemed to roam the halls a bit. Besides all that with all the changes in crew writing etc its gone out pretty good. I mean its great the patches etc are coming out every month but if you need to push it back to 2 months for every patch to get things in done tested and get other little things or scenes put in so it doesnt feel like a teleporting hayday i think most people will understand. you might loose a few supporters that expect monthly but thats a norm. Honestly for being one of the biggest/well known games out there its honestly one of the fastest for getting content others take 4-6 months and if their quick 2 months at best. Just take your time push things back for deadlines if need be make sure your part of the process and not just telling people what to do it is your game your story and you should have the say what needs to be added booted or is needed. Yall are doing a amazing job keep it up! And for you responding its always been great your text posts are def nice for a quick update. But im def digging the Video format alot more info can be said in a short time for game progress whats been bugging you and or things you wanna add or change and just give us general info of why something happend or issues that arised. Because most of it has been questions ive seen people ask or wonder. Anyways Act1 was great act 2 needed some work but was still good, Act3 is the time to blow us away and use the info youve obtained and or problems that happend and learn from them. 2026-09-20 16:00 personally ive loved every update! sure been a few bugs here and there but people do need to remember you a pushing up major content every month which very few people do dr pink cake is a perfect example theres about 4-5months wait between episode. i think you are doing a great job with the game! and i really love the video update hope you stick with it if you have the time! much love <3

Doing the occasional mistake is not a problem as long as you own them and use the opportunity to learn, and you've proven to do that and more. Thanks for listening to the feedback. Overall, looking really good - and looking forward to the Act 3! If you need to delay it for a bit to get it right, no worries.

Are you looking for translators? You could reach out to a broader audience with translations. I could definitely imagine myself working on a french translation of the game

because he had a lot of good points and I agree with him Underground Steve is doing his upmost best to give us a great game and It takes all of us to help support his work. The funny thing is none of these guys need to do this they all have their own lives they chose to do this and I think its a great thing, We all enjoy College Kings and want to see a great game get better :).

First off, I think that it is absolutely amazing that you have pulled this off at such a young age. You will only get better with time. Act 1 was very good and act 2 could have been better but still showed tremendous potential. What I would like to see down the line is the evolution of MC's relationships with the women in his life and his frat life. I love Nora's character a lot. The 30 year old in me is looking at potential end game relationships for MC and although she is not technically an Li yet, I feel like there is potential for that relationship to evolve over time for certain. Lauren and Riley are other potential end game relationships I see as well. the Other girls with an exception to Emily, all just seem like girls college boys hook up with and date in college. Autumn has potential and Emily could be another end game possibility depending on certain factors. I am excited to see how you roll out act 3 and I am optimitistic about the long term possibilities of the story-telling.

This is just me but i rather wait till late july if u guys need it. its too good of a story to be rushed boys. Being a DIK , those guys havent even done a steam release in ages and they are really taking their time even on patreon. people will wait for quality.

yeah never liked rushed games of any type then you always have tons of bugs. I honestly say for those who complain put steves shoes on and do what he has done. The guy is amazing at this and should be recognized for this.
