Edit (20/9, 8:14 pm BST): We've fixed some more launcher issues and updated the launcher download link.Hey everyone!We've been working on a fix for the launcher so that you can download the full game as junior patron as long as your total pledge is at least $20.Even though the first version of the launcher that was released yesterday had a lot of issues, we had hundreds of successful downloads and we eventually want it to be the best way to get College Kings' latest updates. That way we can give long term patrons the fair $10 price without violating steam policies as well as make patches quick to download and automatically applied.Download the new launcherFor Direct Downloads of Act 3 Part 3, click here.Change-log for v1.1 of the launcher:- The extraction issue has been solved (Stuck at 0% or 99%)- The launcher is now connected to Bunny via azure and it is mirroring itself via Bunny (which is a CDN) so it should be much faster downloads, at least when we tested it downloaded the game in 15 min- The issue of restarting and the game then fully redownloading wasn't able to be reproduced, but we pushed a fix which shouldn't allow anyone to encounter that issue again (this is not a 100%, because we haven't been able to reproduce it.)For v1.2 of the launcher we have the following things planned:- File scanning. Currently the launcher downloads the full game each new patch, which means that even if you already have 12gb of the game on your hard drive, it will download the entire 15gb game. With file scanning it will only have to download the 3 remaining gb.- Patch uploading. Currently we need to upload the entire 15 gb game, every time we want to fix a bug. This is horrible as we usually fix a bug within 30 minutes of reporting, but it takes 5+ hours to upload the newest version, even though just a few text files are different. Patch uploading will make it really easy to upload fixes and combined with file scanning will make it really easy for you to get our hotfixes without lifting a finger- Self updating. As you can see, the launcher needs to be redownloaded when we update it. Eventually we want the launcher to self update, so that we can push launcher fixes without you having to redownload it each time.If you face any problems please go to https://collegekingsgame.com/support/ for help.We're also aware of some other launcher issues, but those aren't as pressing or harder to solve, as we currently only have one coder working on it by himself. Is the total pledge different that the monthly pledge?

yeah, as a junior your monthly pledge is $10, but your total pledge is your life time amount pledged to CK. If you've been a junior for 5 months, you monthly pledge would be $50. If you've be a Freshman one month, then a sophomore for two months, your monthly pledge would be $11. It's basically the total amount you pledged to CK.

Anyone else having a difficult time getting logged into the Patreon part when using the launcher? I log in through my e-mail, and have tried to follow the instructions the best I can, and it still doesn't like me

when you go to login into to the launcher it will ask you to verify go to your email verify click on the link then go back to the launcher close the verify pop up and log in again, that's how i done it and it worked.

The "authPopup" screen opens up, tells me, "one moment please", then shuts down immediately, then back to square one again. Tried playing around with different ways to log in when the log in screen pops up, but nothing yet. Ive never gotten to a screen that tells me to verify my email yet

errrm.. as someone who lives in the UK i kinda expected a euro trip of London to feature.. Y'Know.. london lol i think my final straw came when you went to a bank as part of the tour when could have gone to 1 of 1000 landmarks and events like the millenium wheel, tower of london, buckingham palace, london bridge, hyde park etc etc.. i appreciate the limitations that may be in place but was quite disappointing to see the trip seen as if they didnt even leave the states.. I do like game but if you want kiss assing non stop then it wont serve you for future releases

Thank you for the feedback! Realistically we can only work with pre exisiting assets as we do not have time to make our own for monthly releases. We didn't have many city specific assets, and that should have been planned out better when doing the Europe trip.

trust me when i say it was a non issue but one i had to raise.. im now fully into act 3 part 3 of the trip and despite the issues i had it doesnt lessen my love of the ongoing project.. i hope this vn can go the distance where others just seem to be focused on a end story point.. as something i said even to pinkcakes ive always loved the americana movie and series' living in the uk you kinda have no choice but to be envious of neve having tht US college and uni experience as seen in greats like american pie, animal house, van wilder etc.. but you like pinkcakes have both captured a huge amount of what makes that life and experience so appealing to non US residence and hope we can see it grow.. i know its not a college life sim but i hope it runs a long time to see all that intales like spring break as well as the holiday seasons events, i LOVED the murder mystery event and stuff like this is what sets your work apart from the rest.. I DO love your work and will continue to suport as best i can and i hope we can see this grow semester by semester.. dont feel you need emergency exit plan or the often used choose this girl and get this ending now route epilogue.. storys like yours can be groundbreaking when done right and its the first game of a similar genre that i feel can challenge the current 'leader' out there.. Keep doing what your doing cos its the right path and dont feel that an ending has to come fast.. that make work for everyother 'im bored with this now' author but yours deserves to run and run.. i can only imagine the future ideas from drama if a king fight goes wrong/death etc tht fallout.. Your project is also here at the right time.. Cobra Kai is the fastest growing show and college kings fits that genre well.. I immediatly referenced it to my wife who also plays these avn's that CKings was being a dik meets Karate Kid when playing early on and despite slight changes it still holds.. stick with it bud and i hope to be a long time supporter well after graduation :)

Mac launcher will take a few days. You could always use the patch-only version.

Downloaded the update and new launcher, went to load a save that ended just before Penelope calls about her hearing in the morning, MC wakes up late then it tells me i've completed as far as it can go again. Do I have to start a new game or is there a way toplay with my old saves?
