Here's another assault vee for the pile. Our top end 100ton offering, the Behemoth.

Marco Mazzoni designed this one, with a few edits from me such as moving around some weapons. It has so many guns it's very easy to mess up haha, in fact even my edits forgot to include the two forward facing SRM2's (so they're not visible here, but are on the 3D model).

This one let us define the size of a 100ton vee and see how much base overhang there is. Not too bad overall. Clearly more than our tight and tidy mechs, but definitely much less that our outlier mechs that have barrels extending far forwards or sideways. When it comes to a mech butting up against a vee we've also got the benefit of there often being some open space around the mechs feet to allow overlap.

Not the sexiest looking assault tank there is, but the final model certainly looks cool and imposing.

The record sheet suffered from lack of focus. The twin bangsticks being… adequate, but all the small caliber launchers seemed to lack focus. Then again this is a problem with many assault tanks. You nailed the armored bunker look none the less.

Looking forward to seeing this one in the flesh.

Yeah out in the open this gets diminished by something like the schrek, but maybe not quite as bad in a tight city fight. For certain, FASA seemed adamant about spamming point defense weapons on vehicles that do little to help when just staying a few hexes away out ranges them. If only more had medium lasers for PD weapons.

Great Sketch, looking forward to a possible Rommel tank sketch.

Looks good. It captures the Behemoth’s semi-mobile bunker style nicely.

Malintus

It looks that way on paper, but the tank'll be huuuuge once it gets into mini form

KaiserDunk

Wonderful artwork representing the sheer size of the Behemoth.

Sapphirus

Looks amazing! Von Luckner next? (if possible)

Chris

Needs more dakka.

Is it missing the 2 SRM 2 packs on the front?

Malintus

The concept art is, but he says in the post the 3D model definitely has those missing SRMs
