Someone asked for renders of the Atlas II a while back. Here's what lag time looks like haha.

From all I've seen from the IWM mini it came out looking great. Has anyone here bought it and put it together?

Bought? Yes. Built? No. After all, I am a minis gamer

Snagged myself four production ones to replace my custom designed 3D prints (my own work). Also snagged the "Devlin" variant, too, bringing me to five. Now my custom design has become an "Atlas IIC" in response. =P I love this current version. It captures the menace of that one piece of artwork from flyingdebris in the "25 Years of Art and Fiction" book--the one of Stone's Atlas striding towards the viewer's frame. The original mini just didn't quite capture that same menace, and my old IWM min now resides in pieces at the bottom of a bowl of paint stripper, waiting for a new purpose. =P

I'd love to see this in plastic!

I'd love to see this in plastic, unfortunately trying to get IWM stuff in Europe means bending over and getting a grand piano inserted sideways up your hoop in terms of shipping. But lovely model. Its not a Berzerker though :p Hint hint!

Special edition mech for the KS: Atlas II missing its head to represent Nicholas Kerensky’s last ride…

Dig your redesign of the A2. The original never worked, in my mind. Would love to see this in plastic some day

Dave

I'd love to get one in plastic. This is a excellent looking redesign. It would be for my Ameris civil war campaign. Will have to look at the IWM version.

Absolutely! The Atlas is probably my all time favorite mech, just due to its presence. And, aside from a couple of oddly stretched-looking reculpts from IWM there in the middle of its life, the miniature representation of it has been quite good. ...except for that Mad Max style one from Mechwarrior: Dark Age. That kinda turned me off of most of the DA redesigns.

Looks great. Can't wait for the day that it comes to plastic so I can paint it up as Devlin Stone's ride and kill him over and over in the name of Blake!

We need an Atlas K2, AKA spikey Atlas to round out the trilogy of spooky scary skeleton bois

I picked one up from IMW probably a month ago. The build is fine. The limb articulation was a good thing. Then I promptly put wings on it and a LEGO flame sword, and turned it into an Atlas LAM. 😆
