Hello everyone!Let's take a look at the progress from this week and last week!

Zdrada's Victory Cut-In

I was debating whether to synchronize this cut-in with the palette's colors. While having the palette's colors reflected would be ideal, it does limit the available colors. For now, I'm proceeding with the direction of reflecting the colors. It seems that adjusting a new palette for the cut-in might be necessary, but I'm very torn about whether to go that far.

Continued Round Management

This is work carried over from last week. It may not be apparent at first glance, but there was a substantial amount of intricate internal work. Here's a breakdown:

Result menu operation

Transitions for rounds 2 and beyond

Implementation of skipping the start of battles and victory animations

Organizing conditions for various branches at the end of rounds and creating UI

Adjusting the timing of state transitions

Setting up game restart when selecting "rematch" in the result menu

I wanted to finish it this week, but I still have some homework left, including:

Switching cut-in images, dialogue, and subtitles in the result

Acquiring and displaying battle data in the result

Fixing a camera bug for KOs caused by aerial attacks

Inserting an animation before entering the result menu

Scene Transition from Pause Menu

I finally managed to implement this. It turned out to be surprisingly straightforward, so I should have implemented it earlier. I'd like to add key configuration from the pause menu at some point.

Next Week's Plans

UI/UX for the rounds

Victory cut-in animations

Other topic : world condition

Israel has also entered into a war. From the footage in the news, it appears that many people have lost their lives, and there is immense sadness. The tension between various countries seems to be escalating, and the global situation is a cause for concern. If a war were to break out in my own country, making games would be the least of my concerns. I sincerely hope for a world where people can live in peace.

That's all today.have a nice day!
