Well sure there's a ballroom event to get all gussied up for, but this recent publication on the subject of sandtick migration patterns is just riveting! Maybe the ball can wait another hour or so.

The lesson here is that even in alternate-universe versions of characters, Ran and science cannot be separated.

There's just too much knowledge to learn.

..Would (s)he have a different opinion of yinglets, though, having lived with different social standards? Hmm.

I got it bad, got it bad, got it bad. I’m hot for teacher~

I'm imagining Kass screeching "Hussy!" at Ran in anger, and for some reason it just feels right. But then Kass is a screeching angry ball of fluff when teased.

Truly, what is better than cozying up with your favorite book on the results of predatory migrations due to influx in Yinglet population. Because eating them is one thing, but having to listen to them while you eat, is another entirely.

ArcadeDragon

Sidenote: I love how the attire and surroundings are different in this AU Ran. Little details like that are easy to overlook and just draw character X in same environment, same clothes, but with boobs and long hair. Love that you think much farther beyond the surface than that!

Grim Reaper Yinglet

Woud be interesting to have a conversation between Ran and Lopin in this alternate Universe.

valsalia

Ran is actually of mid-tier noble blood, but spends his time out in the field of study! Fem Ran is a bit more fond of the comforts afforded to a lady of status.

valsalia

Nobles have high walls and lots of guards for a reason!

valsalia

Oh yes this might make Ran's classes a bit more difficult for the students

valsalia

That's why it's important to not waste your time with this fool "school" business! : D

valsalia

Slightly! There would be a number of yinglet housemaids/pets at the manor.

valsalia

Result: the G'Mindel estate gains one more yinglet servant.

oddly enough, I am interested to see what a conversation between Ran and FemRan would be like. I wonder how long it would take them to go from soft pleasantries to bloody tooth and nail over the tiniest technical detail in some manual. Also, Listening to them talk would probably sound like alien-speak

The description makes me think of the sea sponge migration joke from Ghostbusters.
