Major Kusanagi gets a little too familiar with the workings of a special black-ops Shell.

Wat

Nice work as always Val, very cheesy :V

ArcadeDragon

This came out so damned good. Awesome job Val!

Really like the way you used the passage of time in this one Val! Guess being a Yinglet long term has some effects on the mind. Wonder if we will see similar mental changes in OOPS? This one was worth the wait!

ArcadeDragon

The major is very dignified for someone who's dignity is slowly removed against her will!

ArcadeDragon

It's kinda hit Kass in a couple places. Even recently when he was just messing around with his neck and tail. Not that a human wouldn't, but it did seem to be more Ying curiosity

Sesra

mmWAAHAHAAHAAAaa!!! ZHIS IS AWESOME!!! Zhe "Scav software" seems to have a few interesting malicious payloads.... ........or....... .................... is actually just one big malicious payload... XD

Sesra

Loxen

Ngrasta

Woot! GitS is awesome. Thank you for bringing it back. I love your expressions and the craziness you always manage to capture so incredibly!

I don't know what Ghost in the Shell is, but I find this hilarious anyway. :D The idea is so well explored and the yinglet shell =is= pretty, don't let that mean chief tell you otherwise! Dangling from bars and shooting a gun with your foot--what a rare privilege that is! Maybe the major will have to be kept this way, lest her productivity drop.

Merc Scar

Why aren't we funding for this type of technology?!

johnny_vulpine

omg I LOVE IT!!! I'm a huge GitS fan and this is absolutely hysterical!

Rakeela Windrider

I can think of an argument for a performance increase.

Fox Starwing

Perfectly proportioned ying in one piece skintight outfit? Oh yes, me likey! Me very much likey!

AS THINGS TEND TO DO AROUND HERE

valsalia

One could make the argument that the Major needed an excuse to relax and have a bit of fun with things as well!

valsalia

Thanks! I was able to have a lotta fun with this subject, and I think it shows : D

valsalia

They can be competent/serious! All you have to do is upload a human brain into 'em : /

valsalia

Oh, it's definitely worth checking out! Hugely popular manga/anime series, was the main inspiration for many well-known works, like The Matrix.

valsalia

I mean if you watched the 2nd movie and didn't come away with the feeling that Batou would do pretty much anything to be with The Major, then I seriously doubt we're talking about the same movie! (Probably even if she was like this, sadly)

valsalia

I'm pretty sure they are, it's just that military tech tends to be kept all hush-hush until it's deployed in the field.

valsalia

Same here; I think this was actually the first time I've drawn something involving a setting I'm very familiar with! Must be part of the reason I had so many ideas for it.

valsalia

Also, her energy usage is off the charts, but with a much lighter frame overall, she still gets more mileage out of the compact battery system!

Fox Starwing

I don't think I would do nearly so well as he is doing in that situation. Then again, there wouldn't be that situation, as I have no hair.

Tygepc

You're welcome and it certainly does! Glad you're still having fun.

Aha! Indeed. I hadn't thought of that. I was thinking that the nonhuman morphology permits a relaxation of canny limitations on mobility, since a small, cutesy design of obviously nonhuman nature will not be expected to move exactly as a human would. Although some potentially desirable motions will likely remain on the far side of uncanny, even the edge cases are more likely to be forgiven. Also, this body gives her a smaller target profile with a smaller target priority. Unless the existence of a "yinglet secret agent" becomes infamous, this is likely to be a reliable error on the part of opposing forces.
