Nearing cuteness overload! Since Lopin didn't know what was going to happen to him when left alone wizh Ran, I zhink Ran had za dress commissioned from za tailors in secret. By za nurse's comment, Lopin has been here for two weeks, and Kass has probably spent about a week as a Yinglet before za first Enclave visit. So in figuring "in-story-time", we are probably zhree weeks along, give or take a couple of days or so. But za big question, how will zhings go wizh him and Elim? Will it be "heartwarming" or "weird"?
