Congrats on this milestone. My take on Kass’s idea is this….how far will the Trademaster allow this….much less the other humans about the place. Ren is one thing….the Trademaster is something else as far as power goes.

I believe Ran and Viracroix are of similar minds when it comes to academic pursuits, and both would welcome Yannit wearing the Ivenmoth Red. Outside of academic interests, the research Yannit is assisting with may be of economic use to Viracroix - scent-order substitutes are something Indrel hives may be willing to trade for (for one thing, it would allow their scouts to travel further without going crazy), and even if not, such knowledge could allow other exiles to avoid the madness of isolation and become productive members of Val Salia. EDIT: Whoops, a bit ninja'd by the author while I was writing my reply. I stand by my statements, however.
