Just awkwardly standing around somewhere within visual range, head tilted slightly away so it doesn't look like he's watching her work. It was the foolproofest plan.

Can a big bone-worm thing be adorkable? ‘Cause I think he is.

Silver the Snep

Oh lawd, she's smelling what he's cooking!

Lurk

I'm getting pretty invested in the escapades of this precious noodle boy!

Avi Brandier

Kal's body language! He's trying his hardest to shrink away from her, unaware it only draws attention to how goddamn precious he is

John C Butler

Kalgur reminds brings to mind a stalking kitten that realizes he has been visible the entire time.

Andrew Denton

The premise has been proved by experiment. Look at him! Yes, they can be adorkable!

VGR

It’s happening!

Vet

Busted!!! It’s a good thing.

Thorin N. Tatge

Someone is perceptive! Do you like her better that way?

Finvaara

She didn't even notice until it got pointed out! Let that be a lesson, kids. Look out for red flags before you hit on the giant bug lizard that has been crushing on you from across the market.

I wonder how's Ginny doing. You know, the belly dancer from the beginning

Salodni Ikkis

I wonder how rare Human/Baxxid relationships are.

Nulgar

wait, she calls them fins - I always took them as rather rigid parts of the exoskeleton, so horns or spikes. Calling them fins (in a biological context) implies a certain mobility or at least flexibility. Of course, might just be her not knowing a more accurate term. Or since we're at the coast, she might mean it like the rigid fins of a seafaring vessel.

John C Butler

Boy, wouldn't it be ironic if Ginny was actually into girls and had a thing for Yinglets?

Varyon

They look like fins, so she calls them fins. One of the previous informational "filler" pages noted that baxxids are constantly growing out their stonelike carapace (on their heads and elsewhere) and purposefully trim and shape them, hence why they can come in such a wide array of shapes.

I swear if this comic ends with a wedding...

valsalia

It's a port city, high docking activity

valsalia

Not until they make him big thick 6x-lens nerd glasses

valsalia

It's like, krill or something

valsalia

Icepades were planned but they found out baxxid can't wear ice skates

valsalia

No, clearly he's putting his guard up waiting for her first claw-strike

valsalia

lol I love this mental image

valsalia

This is a happen-having story right here

valsalia

Some things need a good busting

valsalia

Like it or not, that's the package deal

valsalia

Oh my god I just realized that Kalgkur is literally a big walking Red Flag

valsalia

I see you're referring to the stall table

valsalia

Yeah, she's just callin' them what they look like to her!

Nulgar

Ah, sorry for the pedantry then
