Red Snapper in the Kitchen: Lasagna (Patreon)

Funny story. We knew this month would be a cooking episode for the Full Reveal, but we weren't sure which recipe to share. Our grocery order was delivered with a pound of shredded mozzarella and a bunch of peeled garlic that we didn't order.

It was clear that we needed to make lasagna. While lasagna is typically recommended for a "shallow" pan, it really demands a deep dish. The dish of lasagna was so heavy that I couldn't manage it with my healing hands.
