May Sketch Batch 2 - 2026 [Sketches] (Patreon)

Seems I had another Seph golden week doodle in me, I was thinking of Hugo Vlad's gold coin chains and thought it would make for a nice bikini accesory.

Other than that, I've been talking to Llama a bunch and he's infecting me with the sonic OC brainworms. my relationship with the sonic games is a little weird because I know a bunch about them externally, but I've only played a very small handful of games ( top of my head I can only recall Sonic Adventure and a few levels of Sonic Unleashed ), so my internal understanding of the franchise is gathered through pop culture osmosis, memes, reviews, theories and stuff like that.

SO, what I'm trying to say there is that I made an OC based entirely on my personal fandiction theories of how the Sonic magic system works... yeah that phrase still sounds weird.

I might elaborate more on it later but if you allow me the indulgence right now, my theory is that the...sonic species (I'm told there's controversy regarding the name) have some sort of internal anatomy that allows them to rotate bodyparts independently of eachother and disregarding bone sockets, this is why Tails can rotate his tails without tangling them, or sonic can rotate his legs to make figure-8 shapes, and its maybe this internal anatomy what allows them to move at high speeds, Sonic just happens to be exceptionally good at this. Even funnily enough, one of Llama's own ocs also fits the theory without realizing because his powers are similar to having chainsaw appendages.

so then I ended up making a funy lab mouse creature who's also a scientist who studies the rotation phenomenon in the sonic species. no name yet! but I'm probably gonna make him have that tasmanian devil type tornado power. I swear I had a couple sketches for it but I could not find them.
