Help pick the Action movie we will react to!

Please feel free to suggest other options in the comments for future polls!

*NOTE: I have seen Bad Boys, Desperado, Face/Off, Hardcore Henry & Shoot 'Em Up, so this would only be Sam's first time watching!

We received a ton suggestions on the last polls, but we are trying to keep the poll sizes more reasonable. We have noted all suggestions for future polls!

Comments

Sergeant Pepper

All selections that are not Road House are illegal.

Jonathan Patrick

1. Blown Away (1994) with Jeff Bridges and Tommy Lee Jones 2. Lock Up (1989) Sylvester Stallone

Duncan

Seeing Daniel&Sam open mouthed and wide eyed ,in shock of 'that scene' in Assault on Precinct 13 ,would make for great viewing ,shame it will never win a poll

John W Foster

Man I love Blown Away - Always feel like it gets overshadowed by Speed, but I really love it

Jonathan Patrick

Yes, same. I love Speed, but I do love Blown Away more. One of my fave all time action films.

Smooticus

Hey, I voted for it

Duncan

They already did Dirty Dancing ,Ghost and Point Break ,so Road House has to follow sooner or later 🙏

Brad P

They love John Carpenter so hopefully they'll watch it eventually.

Duncan

🤞

djKENTO

if The Warriors wins please do the original version and not the updated weird comic book version that WB released a decade or so ago. They ruined the vibe of that movie so bad

Mr. Chumpus

Anyone younger than 50 missed out on the greatness on these 70's movies. The Warriors at the time was a controversial flick just like Colors in the 80's. Now, it's kinda goofy but definitely a must watch

Mr. Chumpus

The original is great. The remake is trash

ED209

Seconded. It has to be the original theatrical cut of The Warriors.

Guston Zimasheen

LOL. Are you saying that anyone who doesn't vote for "Road House" will be visited by Patrick Swayze's "Ghost" (1990), and get roundhouse kicked into oblivion? jk

Toc

Ha, I don't like many 80s-90s "action" movies.....but I LOVE "Shoot 'Em Up"! I know it won't win, and Daniel has already seen it, but I'm just happy to see that on the list. I've never seen a reaction for that one. (Has anyone done it? Does anyone know?)

Trepanation21

Road House is great, and any excuse to watch a Swayze movie is the right excuse to watch a Swayze movie. Hardcore Henry is a must see for production-innovation alone. It is literally a one-of-a-kind film with no peers. It's fun, unique, and full of action. Big recommendation from me, although some people sensitive to motion sickness may want to prepare for that. Exceptionally creative movie. Precinct 13 and The Warriors (orig theatrical) should also be considered must watch classics for this poll.

Aaron Barlow

'The Transporter' is a great action film and the movie that 'kick' started Jason Statham's career. It should have more votes.

Aaron Barlow

Statham will roundhouse kick anyone not voting for The transporter. Then he'll set his pet shark 'Meg' onto them.

Future Boy

I've been looking forward to a Road House reaction on this channel for over 3 years. I'm hoping this is finally it! Assault on Precinct 13 also gets a vote from me. It's my favourite John Carpenter, and that's saying something. It's a little B-movie masterpiece. I really hope to see a reaction for it some day.

Future Boy

Yes, the remake was bad, and should have never happened. The original was a fluke of perfect casting, perfect music, and perfect 80s cheese. It also has a general vibe that means I can rewatch it endlessly. The remake is just the thin plot from the original, but with none of that other good stuff.

Future Boy

I love Blown Away. I hope it gets a reaction at some point. The director, Stephen Hopkins, is mostly forgotten now, but he had a great run in the 90s. Predator 2 (1990) Judgment Night (1993) Blown Away (1994) The Ghost and the Darkness (1996) And now that it's on my mind, please watch Judgment Night! A great little b-movie thriller, with Cuba Gooding Jr and Emilio Estevez.

Jonathan Patrick

I love Judgment Night! Used to watch it over and over as a kid lol

Future Boy

The remake had an incredible cast, but agreed, it was awful.

Lee Brennan

I almost want Face/Off to win just for the insane level of cheesiness and sheer lunacy of Nicholas Cage's and John Travolta's performances, but man, frickin ROAD HOUSE has got to win 😂. I do hope y'all react to Assault on Precinct 13 some day. An underrated John Carpenter gem

M

For future action polls: Avengement (2019) Hard Boiled (1992) Sherlock Jr (1924)

Florian Meier

Second to "The Ghost and The Darkness" !!! Love this Film ... I think they watched Predator 2 already

chris brown

The Delta Force (1986) and The Expendables (2010) for future polls also Warriors come out to play

Lovaire Hawkins

Please please please start the Bad Boys Series. I love your reactions. And you will love them all!!

Erich Bomke

Everyone on youtube reacting to Road House...I can't watch another. Please people pick something else!

Forrest

Went for Assault on Precinct 13. Never heard of it before and sounds catchy. lol

Paul Cox

It's John Carpenter. You're in for a treat.

Future Boy

Assault on Precinct 13 is like a low-budget cross between Night of the Living Dead and Die Hard. Watch the original as soon as you can, but avoid the remake.

pete

Have you two watched the Taken trilogy, if not it is a must see.

Smooticus

Gonna have to make some suggestions for future polls Last of the Mohicans The Man Who Would be King The Wind and the Lion Time Bandits Yojimbo The Outlaw Josie Wales Kelly's Heroes The Dirty Dozen

Smooticus

The remake is also pretty good
