I Second this. There are several cuts for what ever reason. The Theactrical cut is the way to go. All the others especially the Recut, Extended, Unrated. That one is horrible and destroys the movie. Stick with Theatrical one.

Mega happy to see Fargo back, I've watched it all multiple times. I feel Season 3 may be slightly the weakest Season but it's still fantastic and great reaction material.

Just the regular Frank Miller's Sin City is what you (and pretty much everyone else) want. They're pretty close in times, but as long as you avoid the one that says Recut, extended, unrated, you should be good. Sin City A Dame To Kill For is the sequel. The Extended Version is good but also kind of BS in terms of how long it is, because it plays the credits three times. While I like the additions, in this case I would say it is easier and wiser to simply watch the theatrical cut.
