They kidnapped Saul because, Jesse’s friend Badger got arrested for dealing to an undercover DEA agent. And they wanted Saul to make the sure that Badger does not get charged for dealing. Also FYI the first guy at the bar, is the actor who played Buzz on Home Alone. And the last guy is the actor who played Stuart on the Big Bang Theory.

"Who's Kuby?" (Patrick) Kuby was portrayed by Bill Burr in 'Breaking Bad'. He helped Skyler acquire the car wash by messing with Bogdan over supposed chemicals leaking into his filtration system. He often partnered with Huell, including going to Ted Beneke's house to force him to write a check to the IRS (also on the behalf of Skyler). Also, he was the fake truck driver who "broke down" on the railroad tracks when Walter, Jesse, Todd and Mike robbed Methylamine from a train. Additionally, he also went with Huell to Skyler's storage facility to pick the lock and retrieve Walt's money, which they collected in barrels.

Personally, I, for one, found it intriguing to observantly notice one thing in particular. That is, a certain phone call to Kim from Jimmy/Saul/Viktor/Gene — which he urgently felt compelled to make only after Francesca first told him that Kim had recently asked about him — upset him basically beyond repair. In fact, he became irate enough — obviously due to whatever Kim had said to him during their brief conversation — to then subsequently revert right back to those inner ways within his core self. Thus, in merely an instant, he immediately turned into the old, strategizin', schemin', scammin', "Slippin' Jimmy".
